Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in customer satisfaction at The Girls @ Los Altos. For any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in its original condition within 14 days of your original purchase date for a full refund, less shipping costs and restocking fee ($5 per item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 14 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as store credit.
We do not take International Returns. Any duties or fees for international orders will be paid by buyer.Â
Non-Returnable Items
Underwear, swimwear, discounted/sale merchandise, back-order and special-ordered items, special occasion brands such as Teter Warm, are not returnable.Â
*** Final Sale Items , Promotional Items, Accessories (such as hair clips, headbands , handbags, socks) and Jewelry (such as necklaces, rings, bracelets and earrings) are all FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
Please email hello@TheGirlsLA.com to initiate your returns. Please DO NOT send anything before contact us first.Â
Please use a known carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage.Â
Please send return items with the original order/packing slip. If your order/packing slip is lost, please print out your order confirmation email and include it with your return package.

*** Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
We do not guarantee cancellation of orders and cannot honor all cancellation requests.  Please contact us at  hello@TheGirlsLA.com as soon as possible if you have changed your mind. Before your order has shipped we may intercept the order and refund you or issue a store credit for future use. If we agrees to cancel an order, a restocking fee of $5 will be charged.Â
Terms & Conditions
Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 5-8 business days after we receive your package.  You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed.  Depending on your credit card, it may take up to an additional 2-5 days to see the amount returned to your account.
In the event you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at hello@theGirlsLA.com to start the replacement process.
We inspect all merchandise returned to us and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the condition.
