Shipping Method & Cost
U.S. SHIPPING
We ship our orders using USPS (United States Postal Service) and Fedex. Orders are usually processed and leave our warehouse within 2 business days of your order date, excluding weekends and holidays. Please expect to receive your order within 4-6 business days from your order date. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order once it's left our warehouse, please contact the carrier first as they are best at locating your package.
If there is a mistake with your shipping address, please email us to correct this ASAP. If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. Please always double check your address information!

We offer Free Standard Shipping on US orders over $49.
CANADA SHIPPING
We are now shipping to Canada! Your shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Most deliveries will arrive between 6-21 days from shipping date. We use USPS International unless otherwise noted.
All international orders may be subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of you, the buyer. It is at the sole discretion of your country's custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions customs may delay delivery of some packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We now ship to most International countries and for orders over $175, shipping is on us! If you are not sure if we can ship to your country, please contact us at hello@TheGirlsLA.com.

Pre-orders
Shipping dates for Pre-orders is estimated, and it can be delayed for reasons that out of our control. We encourage you to separate your in-stock items with pre-order items, so we can handle them separately.
We reserve the right to combine or to separate your shipment. Please add a note if you do not wish your orders combined or separated, though it's not guaranteed, we will try our best to accomondate your request.
